1. Clinical Decision Support & Professional Responsibility

MedJot is a high-speed clinical documentation and practice management tool designed to assist registered medical practitioners (GPs and specialists).

IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: MedJot does not prescribe medication, make clinical diagnoses, or substitute for the independent professional medical judgment of a qualified healthcare practitioner.

2. Data Ownership & Storage Responsibility

You retain complete, exclusive ownership of all clinical records, patient profiles, prescriptions, and financial data created in your MedJot instance.

Because MedJot is offline-first, you are responsible for maintaining local device security, regular data exports (JSON/CSV), and enabling encrypted Cloudflare R2 backup.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MedJot exclusively for lawful clinical and outpatient consultation management in accordance with applicable medical regulations and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Service Availability & Offline Guarantees

MedJot is delivered as a Progressive Web Application (PWA) with client-side caching. Core clinical charting and record retrieval will remain fully operational even when your device is completely disconnected from the Internet.
